RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase! We are thrilled you have joined us on our mission to ‘make life beautiful’. We hope you are happy with your art class or original artwork by Dessi Cozmolici.
Should you wish to exchange or receive a full refund for any art class purchase, you may do so up until the class commences its session. Group bookings and 1:1 private classes can be rescheduled/refunded up to 48 hours in advance of class commencement as agreed with Dessi’s Art.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND RETURN POLICY
Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
For any artwork purchase where it is a simple change of mind, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange (excluding commissions) within 7 days of receipt.
If your piece was a commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final. There are opportunities throughout the development of the piece to make changes to ensure you are happy with your artwork.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date within the original packaging. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all packaging/protectors in use.
To return an item, please email Dessi’s Art (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days to finalise next steps in the return process. After receiving confirmation of return, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your tracked return to the following address:

Please note, shipping charges for change of mind will be at the cost of the buyer and must be returned via tracked postage. Shipping charges for damaged goods will be paid or reimbursed by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5-10 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
