Thank you for shopping at Dessi’s Art. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Packaging

Artwork will be professionally packed with protective packaging suited to your specific piece. Large paintings will be sent in a tube and not fixed to a canvas frame. This is necessary to ensure the preservation of the oil painting.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please allow 1-3 weeks in transit for delivery depending on the country of delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Royal Mail International - £10.00

Delivery delays occasionally occur beyond our control by the delivery service provider. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause however we always use a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Dessi’s Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If you received your order damaged, please contact Dessi’s Art and refer to our returns/refunds policy for further details.

Please ensure you carefully save all packaging materials and damaged goods before receiving further instruction from Dessi’s Art.
